TERMS & CONDITIONS – KRAMIYAM (Fresh Dairy Products by LDBS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED)

  1. Nature of Service
  1. Connecting Platform
    Kramiyam acts as a platform connecting local farmers who produce natural, fresh cow milk with consumers who wish to receive such products.
  2. Coordination & Processing
    We facilitate procurement and coordinate with an independent third-party processing partner (“Processing Partner”) for hygienic packaging, chilling, handling, and delivery of the milk.
  3. No Farming or Processing Ownership
    Kramiyam does not own dairy farms nor directly process milk. Our role is limited to quality oversight, coordination, packaging, and distribution via our Processing Partner.
  1. Registration
  • Customers must register with accurate and complete details, including name, delivery address, and contact number.
  • Registration becomes valid only after verification and acceptance by Kramiyam.

 

  1. Effective Date & Delivery Commencement

 

  • Procurable Date: From the date of registration, these Terms and Conditions shall become effective. However, the obligations relating to delivery will commence only on the sixteenth (16th) day after registration.

 

  1. Handling & Maintenance Charge
  • At registration, a non-refundable Handling & Maintenance Charge is payable.
  • This charge covers costs of farmer coordination, quality control, packaging, chilling, refrigeration, and delivery logistics.
  • Once registration is completed, this charge cannot be refunded for any reason.
  1. Complimentary Coupon
  • Each new registered customer receives one free coupon entitling them to 30 quantities of fresh cow milk (each quantity = 500 ml).
  • The coupon is valid for 45 days from the date of registration. It is not redeemable for cash.
  • Unused quantities after the validity period expire and cannot be carried forward or extended.
  1. Delivery & Request Timing
  • Milk is packaged, chilled, and delivered by our Processing Partner as per the schedules agreed at order time.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders or delivery requests must be placed before 6:00 PM local time on a given day to qualify for next-morning delivery.
  • Requests received after 6:00 PM will be fulfilled on the second morning thereafter, subject to capacity and logistics.
  • After delivery, customers must refrigerate the milk promptly and store it under chilled conditions.
  1. Price & Quantity Adjustments
  • Because we procure directly from farmers, market price fluctuations (feed costs, supply, etc.) may occur.
  • If farmer costs rise significantly, Kramiyam may adjust the quantity of milk supplied (reduce) proportionately, without charging the customer more beyond payment already made.
  1. Payment & Renewal
  • Any purchases beyond the free coupon quantity will be charged at the current prevailing rate, as shown at order/checkout time.
  • Renewal of subscription or ordering additional quantities requires advance payment before the next delivery cycle.
  1. Cancellation
  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time in writing or via the platform.
  • However, the Handling & Maintenance Charge is non-refundable, even upon cancellation after registration.
  1. Customer Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate delivery instructions (address, access, safe location).
  • Be present or arrange for someone to accept delivery (or pick-up at Supply Center).
  • Notify Kramiyam immediately of any change in address, contact number, or delivery preferences.
  • Store the delivered product under appropriate refrigerated conditions and consume within recommended time.
  1. Product Quality & Regulatory Compliance
  • All milk is fresh, sourced from farmers under our quality control protocols, and handled hygienically.
  • We comply with India’s Food Safety & Standards Authority (FSSAI) guidelines for milk and milk products, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) / Good Hygiene Practices (GHP). (fssai.gov.in)
  • However, slight natural variation in texture, taste, colour may occur and do not constitute a defect unless clearly contrary to the advertised standard.
  1. Liability & Limitation
  • Kramiyam and its Processing Partner are not liable for spoilage after delivery, or any delays due to weather, transport issues, natural disasters, strikes, interruptions in electricity, or other unforeseen events.
  • The maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the current subscription or order period for the affected Product(s).
  • Kramiyam disclaims all indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages (loss of profits, business, etc.).
  1. Amendments to Terms
  • We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Material changes (including changes to handling charges, delivery schedules, or pricing) will be posted on our website www.ldbsbazaar.com.
  • Continued use of the service or placing an order constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pondicherry, India.
  1. Customer Acknowledgment

By completing registration, the Customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
