1. Role of LDBS BAZAAR

1. Advertising Medium Only
   LDBS BAZAAR (“LDBS”, “we”, “our”) operates solely as an advertiser, offering space and visibility for advertisements on behalf of third-party Advertisers.
2. No Creation, Endorsement, or Supply of Services
   LDBS does not create, own, sell, supply, underwrite, guarantee, manage, or administer any advertised schemes, offers, products, or services.
3. Advertiser Responsibility
   The Advertiser holds full responsibility for the content, accuracy, authenticity, legality, and fulfillment of all advertisements and promotional offers.
4. No Parties to Transactions
   Any interactions, transactions, or disputes arising between Advertisers and Customers occur directly between those parties. LDBS is not a participant in such engagements.

1. Relationship Between Advertiser and Customer

1. Direct Relationship
   Customers acknowledge that all offers, services, or schemes are extended by the Advertiser directly — not by LDBS.
2. Advertiser Accountability
   Advertisers bear full accountability to Customers for the delivery of their promises and obligations.
3. No Liability for LDBS
   LDBS BAZAAR disclaims any liability for:
• Non-performance or breach by the Advertiser.
• Misrepresentation, fraud, or false promises within advertisements.
• Any losses, damages, or disputes resulting from Customers relying on any advertisement.

1. Content Standards & Platform Rights

1. Legality and Accuracy Required
   Advertisers must ensure that all advertisement content is legal, truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
2. Right to Refuse or Remove
   LDBS reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or remove any advertisement that breaches legal, ethical, or internal platform standards.

1. No Responsibility for Advertised Content
   LDBS is not liable for any schemes, products, or services advertised via the Platform.
2. Customer Verification Advised
   Customers are advised to independently verify all claims before engaging with Advertisers.
3. Indemnification
   Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold LDBS harmless against any claims, liabilities, losses, or disputes arising from their advertisements.

• Accuracy & Verification
  Advertisers must ensure all statements are complete and accurate. LDBS shall not be held liable for decisions made based on incorrect or incomplete information.
• No Refund or Transaction Processing Role
  If applicable, Advertisers handle all payments, cancellations, or redemptions. LDBS is not involved in financial transactions or risk management.

1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, or advertisements, shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts where LDBS BAZAAR is registered.
